Una decisione in controtendenza con la situazione attuale , come enfatizzato dai passi dell'articolo pubblicato da " the drive "  :

Se tale bando non è dovuto all'inerzia della burocrazia ( es. : era già stato  preparato da tempo come serie di lavori previsti , senza tener conto dell'evolversi della situazione ) , può trattarsi di una pressione  sul mondo economico turco del tipo " se ce ne andiamo perdete l'indotto " .

Siamo alla guerra di parole , per adesso , ma una posizione più chiara dovrà essere espressa . Quest'anno di saranno le presidenziali e la cosa potrebbe diventare oggetto di discussione.
