UK Telegraph The pilot of the F-15E fighter jet was rescued by rebel soldiers after ejecting from the aircraft, it is understood. Another crew member is also thought to have ejected. The crashed plane was discovered by a Telegraph journalist reporting in and around Benghazi, the rebel-held city. It is thought the F-15E fighter jet came to ground after suffering a mechanical failure. The US military confirmed that one of its jets had crash landed. Vince Crawley, a spokesman for the U.S. military's Africa Command, said that one crewman had been recovered and one was "in process of recovery". Crawley said the crash occurred "overnight." He declined to give the location of the crash and also would not say how the rescued crewman was picked up.

Allora, senza cercare di nascondersi dietro a un dito, sono trenta'anni (non un mese) che Gheddafi regna in un modo tale da aspettarsi che prima o poi sarebbe stato scalzato dalla sua stessa gente, o meglio, dai clan avversari. Se la Clinton ha lanciato comunicati rassicuranti verso "chissà chi" in Libia, sarà perchè gli sono arrivati certi segnali dall'intelligence, una cosa è monitorare la Libia ed essere pronti a reagire, un'altra è andare a organizzare un colpo di stato, appoggiato da milioni di libici. Questo è un momento a lungo atteso, non un colpo di mano ad opera delle potenze occidentali, noi che siamo sulla soglia da decenni ce lo aspettavamo da mò.

Parlando di pecunia, a noi conviene appoggiare i ribelli, dal momento che l'ex ministro dell'interno, che praticamente è il loro leader e che ha dichiarato di voler onorare tutti i contratti gia stipulati, e visto che al contrario Gheddafi&Sons hanno invece minacciato di firmare coi cinesi e buttare ai pesci i nostri contratti, ci ritroviamo con l'unica opzione possibile praticabile nell'Operation Dawn appunto.

Effettivamente il dispositivo militare USA di stanza in Giappone si sta adoperando per rispondere alla crisi, di concerto con le autorità del posto. Anche la U.S.S Reagan ha invertito la rotta per tornare in Giappone, ed aimè ha dovuto fare marcia indietro quando è passata sotto la nube radioattiva al al largo della costa di Fukushima, ma rimane nel teatro.
