This is a replica type patch meant to look like the old WWII propaganda posters -- with a twist. The patch shows a pilot getting out of his airplane. On the top it says "YOU Shut The Hell Up". Below the pilot it says "WE'LL Protect America". On the bottom in small letters it says "Keep Out Of Our Fuc&ing Way, Liberal Pu$$ies. I covered up the actual patch for the photo on the web-site, but rest assured, the patch you order WILL have the explicit words on it!!! Damn cool patch! This patch does not come with velcro attached.

Doblhoff WNF 342 1945 Under the designation WNF 342, the world's first jet-driven helicopters were built by the Wiener Neustadter Flugzeugwerke (WNF) in the suburbs of Vienna, four machines being built representing progressive experimental steps in a research programme instituted in October 1942. This programme was directed by Friedrich von Doblhoff, who had decided to develop a jet-driven helicopter in preference to a mechanically-driven one because of the attraction of simplicity, lack of rotor torque and transmission gear.

Se inizi un discorso facendo delle ipotesi in un topic Ucronico, non puoi poi ribattere dicendo quello che poi è successo realmente nella storia, altrimenti viene meno il principio di un topic che poggia le sue basi sulla pura fantasia! Di Conseguenza sarebbe inutile la stessa discussione! Comunque in caso di supremazia aerea i tedeschi avrebbero fatto di tutto per invadere l'Inghilterra, ciò non toglie che le perdite sarebbero state altissime, come lo sono state quelle alleate per arrivare a Berlino!

This is the AWACS 9-11 Commerative Patch. It has 09 11 01 across the top rocker. It shows a phoenix in red, white and blue with the twin towers and the Pentagon in the middle. Across the bottom rocker it states in Latin "Ascendimuys Potentiores" which I believe means rise again stronger. Beautiful Patch!

Doblhoff WNF-342 V2 1944 This first prototype, powered by a 60hp Walter Mikron II engine, was flown in spring 1943. The airframe, constructed from welded steel tube and fabric covered, had a gross weight of 360kg, twin tail fins and a tricycle undercarriage. Flight testing revealed the need for rather more side area, but performance was otherwise satisfactory, and when the WNF factory was damaged during an Allied air attack in mid-August 1943 the aircraft was moved to a safer site west of Vienna, at Obergraffendorf. Here a second machine, the WNF-342V2, was built, being a somewhat heavier aircraft at 460kg gross weight, despite its open-framework fuselage. The main difference lay in the sail-like tail unit, this comprising a large single rectangular fin and an elongated rudder pivoting about a horizontal axis.

Forse dimentichi che il 6 giugno 1944, la Luftwaffe non era assolutamente in grado di fronteggiare le forze dell'asse, mentre se la stessa avesse raggiunto la superiorità aerea nei confronti dell'Inghilterra (Si ci avvicinò) un'invasione terrestre sarebbe stata plausibile! Anche se globalmente il 190 era superiore al BF 109, non si può dire che il caccia Messerschmitt (Che fu il Caccia impiegato nel maggior numero di esemplari dalla Luftwaffe) ebbe un'impiego insoddisfacente, inoltre per l'impiego del 190 nella battaglia D'Inghilterra la risposta è semplice, quando iniziò la suddetta il Focke Wulf non era ancora disponibile.
